Evening all. It’s been a damp day again so no camera walk for me today, maybe tomorrow if the weather behaves…

Morning all. I have a new house! Exchange and completion happened yesterday. We move from rental next week. I have an idea to call the house, ‘Red Kite Rise’, as it’s on a hill and the kites seem to hang in the air at house level with the Welland Valley behind them. Is this a cheesy idea or worth doing?

Bit of a surprise today. We went to see the view of the Atlas mountains from the terrace of a ruined Kasbah and there were at least three falcons soaring around in front of us. Anyone know what sort of falcon this is?

We don’t think it is a kestrel although that was our immediate id. They weren’t behaving like kestrels and were definitely bigger
