Lightroom: Adding a watermark

Whenever you upload an image to the internet it’s important to include a copyright watermark somewhere on the photo. This won’t stop people from potentially stealing your images but at least if they do and you find out, they can’t claim to have not known it belonged to someone! Incidentally, you should make sure every image you take has your copyright embedded in it too. It’s a really simple process to create a whole group of different preset Watermarks in Lightroom and position them wherever you want on the image. Once they are set up, you only have to decide which images you want to apply them to when Exporting. So for Lightroom beginners, here’s how to do it…
